Adele explained in her interview with British Vogue that her priority was not rapid weight loss, but making lasting lifestyle changes. She said, “But I needed to get addicted to something to get my mind right.” This statement underlines her shift from following strict diets to adopting new habits.

Instead of cutting out entire food groups or relying on “magic pills,” Adele chose to emphasise balanced meals and portion control. She aimed to fill her plate with “nourishing foods instead of empty calories.” This approach focused on consistency and wellness rather than deprivation.
